About DMS Agent

DMS Agent is a dealer management system for independent used-car dealers, with agentic AI wired into every car, deal, and BHPH account. It runs the store in one place: inventory, deal desking, account servicing and collections, and compliance paperwork. The agent works from the same records your team does, under rules you set.

Why we built it

Independent dealers have been stuck choosing between decades-old desktop software and enterprise platforms priced for franchise groups. Neither fits a small dealership: software that understands buy-here-pay-here, handles state paperwork correctly, helps price vehicles, and keeps the lot visible where shoppers search, including AI search.

An agent in the data, not a chatbot on top

Most AI features are a chat window beside the software: it can talk about your store, but it can't do much in it. In DMS Agent the agent works inside the same records: it desks and restructures deals, creates customer records, pulls and compares vehicles, generates paperwork ready to print, and helps you find your way around. Its access is governed by your settings, it asks before anything changes a record, and every action it takes is logged.

What's in the box

Inventory — photos, VIN scanning, pricing recommendations, and days-on-lot tracking.
Deal desking — cash, outside financing, wholesale, and BHPH, with payment schedules solved to the cent and guardrails you set.
Account servicing — payments, receipts, schedules, late fees, pay-ahead handling, and a prioritized collections worklist.
Florida paperwork — deal documents generated from your saved figures, with county surtax and DMV workflows built in.
The agent — direct, governed access to your store's data: it desks deals with you, answers from your actual customers, deals, and accounts, and drafts follow-ups. It asks before anything changes a record, and it only sees your dealership.
English and Spanish — the entire application is bilingual; each person on your team uses it in the language they prefer.
Your dealership website — if you don't have one, we host a storefront for your dealership; if you do, your live inventory embeds into it. Either way inventory publishes automatically, pages are readable by AI search, and inquiries land in DMS Agent as leads.
Settings — agent boundaries, team roles and access, paperwork requirements, and deal defaults, in one place.

Where we are today

DMS Agent is in early access, onboarding our first Florida dealerships. We serve Florida independent dealers today; dealers in other states can request a spot on the waitlist. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with no long-term contract. Early-access pricing is available on request.
